House Policy — Mountain Life Vacation Rentals

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, please review and agree to the following policies:

Check‑In / Check‑Out

  • Check‑in: 4:00 PM

  • Check‑out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request.

Occupancy

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

  • Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.

Pets

  • Pets must be declared during reservation.

  • Pet fee applies per stay.

  • Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.

  • Guests are responsible for any pet‑related damage.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

  • A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Noise & Community Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

  • Please respect neighbors and community guidelines.

Damage & Security Deposit

  • Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

  • Security deposit may be charged or withheld if necessary.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must follow the policy stated at booking.

  • No‑shows are non‑refundable.

Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed to confirm your reservation.

  • Unpaid reservations may be canceled.

Agreement

By submitting your reservation and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the House Policy for Mountain Life Vacation Rentals.
